I have moved to a new home http://sillyreflections.com See you there! You can read this article directly here: Common Tailorbird
Tailorbirds are very famous in India especially amongst children, with stories of their fascinating stitching skills which rival that of best tailors. They first stitch a big leaf in form of a container in which they build their nest. This little bird was a surprise spotting as I was looking out for Crimson Sunbird pair which were hovering nearby, but instead got distracted by Tailorbird’s high pitched chweeut-chweeut song! For other birds found in our campus, go through this checklist!
